I’m Laura Martin - a lifelong Michigander who now calls Michigan’s Great Southwest home. I help small businesses bring clarity, structure, and momentum to their marketing - so things feel intentional, manageable, and aligned with how they actually operate.
I’m into being my authentic, neurodivergent self, helping others succeed, raising my incredible son, and finding meaning in the everyday things - like practicing gratitude, telling stories, and being creative. I’m an extroverted introvert who values thoughtful connection and loves surrounding myself with interesting, unique people.
My journey as a solopreneur began in 2020 when I launched Brand It Yours Marketing, focused on helping small businesses elevate their visibility in ways that felt aligned and sustainable. As my clients’ needs evolved, so did my work.
In 2022, I rebranded as Innovational Business Solutions, expanding my services to support businesses more holistically. Today, I bring together creative thinking, strategic planning, and analytical problem-solving to help businesses simplify complexity, gain clarity, and build marketing systems that truly support growth - without the stress and burnout.
